Return Policy

Please note: All orders are considered final. Returns or refunds will only be issued in the event of damage or defect.

Returns/Refunds: We accept returns or refunds for items that arrive with unreasonable damage or defects. Please remember, packaging is not included in this policy. Boxes are solely for the protection of the toy during transit and can be discarded upon safe delivery. To initiate a return, refund, or replacement, kindly photograph the damage on the day of delivery and email us immediately at brian@brianewing.com. Once approved, we'll provide you with the necessary return address.

Please be aware that we do not offer refunds or replacements for packages that have been confirmed as delivered to your specified address, as indicated by the tracking information.

Additionally, we are unable to intervene with your local post office or delivery service to trace packages that may go missing after delivery.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is agreed upon, it will only cover the product's price, minus a 15% restocking fee. We do not cover shipping costs incurred when mailing the item back to us.

Kindly note that we require the return of the product in question before issuing a refund. Once the return is approved, we will provide you with the appropriate address.

Lastly, we reserve the right to cancel any order at any time, for any reason, without prior notice, up until the time of shipping.
